Henry probably has more scores over 50 yards than McCaffrey has over 11 yards. Get your head out of your arse.

Are we arguing that Henry isn't a quality candidate or something?

Why can't Henry catch?

How many passes have you seen Derrick Henry - the RUNNING BACK - drop?

He's averaging more than 9 yards per catch out of the backfield. That's pretty damn good. Why does Lane Kiffin not design more passing plays for Henry? You'd have to ask him that.

Then why didn't they throw to him more?

McCaffrey averages over 13. That must be great.

Nah, you're screaming "I haven't watched him so I'm guessing"

I watch an insane amount of CFB. I watched Stanford almost every single week.

Toby Gerhart crushed the NFL after he won the Heisman.

Certainly better than Derrick Henry in that category. Nobody is arguing that. Just pointing out that it's pretty silly to suggest something like "Henry can't catch" as a rebuttal to me pointing out that McCaffrey has an incredibly low number of touchdowns, and that even the number he does have was substantially padded by an outlier performance against a bad UCLA defense.

Oh wow, a Tennessee fan says Henry shouldn't win the Heisman. What a shocker.

Just stop posting.

No, I'm doing exactly what you gumps are doing in regards to McCaffrey's scoring.

But you'll never get it.

But most of your fanbase is totally ignorant about McCaffrey.

It bothers me some that half the Bama fan base on here and especially 247 sports' BOL are extremely biased. But my point is that some of you act like Henry isn't even close to as good as MaCaffrey which is equally stupid as Bama fans acting the opposite way. They're both elite and very much deserving.

No, I'm pointing out why Henry is WAY better than McCaffrey.

Henry would fricking DESTROY some of those defenses out West. And yes, I know the SEC is down this year and Henry got the luxury of running against some poor defenses himself.

You know damn well Henry would be scoring from every damn place on the field on those screens and such.

I seriously want to know.....why is McCaffrey almost incapable of royally fricking a defense on his way to long TD runs? That's part of being on another level in college as a RB.

McCaffrey will probably win it against the odds. Watson won't win it as a Soph when there are two players older than him.

There will be a bigger celebration by opposing fans on here if Henry doesn't win than there will be upset Bama fans. Personally if a UA player wasnt a favorite to win it I wouldn't even watch the ceremony.

I'm far more interested in watching UA in the playoffs than the Hypeman. If he wins, good for him, he's worked hard and had a great season and is as deserving as anyone. If he doesn't, that's fine too, he already has a mantle full and a NC left to win.

I thought he was a shoe in to win it until the last week.

But I guess if your team isn't in the playoffs and your team doesn't have a player in NY then hating on Henry gives you something to do tonight.

You're trying to pretend that receiving yards for a running back is an equally important stat to rushing touchdowns. And that's simply not the case, nor should it be.

RB Derrick Henry has had 18 consecutive games with a rushing touchdown. RB Christian McCaffrey had 8 games this year without a rushing touchdown. McCaffrey's receiving and return yards don't make up for that.

McCaffrey wouldn't even start at several schools in the SEC. He's a really good Pac-10 guy.

How many Heisman voters do you think read this message board?

I am more interested in the geographical distribution of the votes.

This is why the Bama fan base is the laughing stock of college football.
