The only thing that's changed for Ark is they won't be overlooked anymore. A courtesy that won't be repeated. When everyone sees you coming it'll be a little different. It's a step in the right direction but still the hogs are a 2nd tier SEC team.

I've been wondering where they got this sense of entitlement too. Maybe they should try winning the west before they crown themselves BCS Champions. At least then they would have some sort of meaningful title to claim and not made it to ONE Sugar Bowl and lost.

I don't even consider the Pigs to be in the upper half of the SEC. Yeah, they may luck out and get a prominent win every once in a while, but they don't have the hardware to hang with the Big 6 (Bama, AU, UF, UGA, LSU, and TN)

first of all, all that cursing rhetoric only shows your age so grow up, secondly,i don't think anyone has ever claimed what all of you are claiming. all i said was nc's don't come around every year to 2 loss teams and lsu loses 2+ games every year for past 50 years except in 03. use that great louisiana education and take the time to read if you canor look it up yourself if you want to. 03 was great year for you...but 07 won't soon be repeating it's self. most of us just find it humorous that you win one good one in 03 and back into an ugly one in 07, but to listen to your fan base i'd swear you're in the title game every year if i didn't know better.

So, Sensei, in YOUR infinite wisdom, what exactly has Arky done to merit consideration to be the top 6 of the SEC? My statements above stand until proven otherwise. Arkansas is an afterthought to the Big 6 in the conference.
On a side note, if you are going use the education card, at least be sure your own post isn't absolutely riddled with grammar errors. My age is a moot point; a valid point is a valid point whether the person who makes it is 20 or 60.

i didn't say arkansas was in top 6. i didn't say anything about arkansas. i only commented on lsu's inflated ego's. you can correct my grammer errors all you want but it doesn't change the fact that lsu is always good for a min of 2 losses every single year (except 03) 2 losses every year is still pretty damn good but you won't be playing for an nc anytime soon with i'll bet

See, that's the point I'm making. Bama, AU*, UF, UGA, LSU, and TN are the big boys...the ones perennially in contention. The other 6 may get lucky every once in a while with a few prominent wins, but they are mostly an afterthought come the first weekend in December.

You realize Arky has not once finished with fewer than THREE losses since they've been in the SEC and you're saying you think you have just as good of a chance as anyone, right?
