The only way I see LSU winning this one is Brandon Harris having an efficient productive game.

this has a GOTC feel to it, doesn't it?

No, it in no way does.

Neither team will be as good in 16 as they were in 11.

Bama's defense this year could be on par with the 11 Bama D. This year's Bama offense should be better then the 11 Bama offense. The 11 offense wasn't that good, they just had a great OL and running back.

Last time we beat y'all, it was with Jordan Jefferson

And 9 points, 6 in regulation. It had nothing to do with your QB, but having an epic defense. A defense that stopped our drives in places to force long, bad angle FGs (kudos on your defense to not let us get close enough for easier kicks).

Your offense has scored more points in every game since then (except 21-0), and won 0 of those games.

Your defense this year is NOT 2011 caliber.

You think 6 points in regulation will be enough to win?
Did people think it would be enough to win in 2011 or in any major football game ever? I think Harris will be better than Jordan Jefferson(that ain't saying much) and anything can happen with good defenses against anemic offenses.

Must watch? I already know the results. Another crying night for the faithful tiger fans. Another night for Les worrying about his job.

No. Bama will most likely lose 2-3 games. Sure Rantards will chime saying L5U, 5 in a row, yada yada yada, but I have a hard tike seeing LSU lose this one. The last 5 years have nothing to do with this game. I see something along the lines of 21-10, 20-13. Will be very difficult for a rookie QB to come in and win. He isn't a senior like Sims was when he took over

Nah they may be a tad more talented, but they are not just head and shoulders And make our defensive talent look like a Division 3 school better.

How the hell do you know it won't be 2011 caliber this year?.. in 2011 not many people thought that defence would have been historic. You just don't ever know. Especially with a defensive guru like Aranda taking over.

If we lose to Bama and drop a couple after I really think Miles will be gone.

Really?

Guy's good, but "guru"?

His Wisconsin defense was highly ranked, true - but they faced one of the weakest schedules of a Power 5, especially the opposing offenses.

Average ranking in Total Offense: 84
Teams ranked below 100th in total O: 5
Teams ranked below 80th in total O: 9

That, my friends, is playing DC on easy mode.

Also?

Gave up more points to Alabama than your previous DC did that same year.

I guess we will have to see how LSU and Bama come out and play at the begging of next season. If LSU is vanilla and slow on offense, then it I don't see it being close or exciting. If LSU comes out next season with an improved offense, and is really clicking, I might be more excited.

Yeah, you're confusing what he has been with what he will be.

You probably define Alabama's season on that one game. lol

They define their season on championships. The majority of mouth breathing rantards do, however, define their season on the Bama game.

All teams feel this way about their game against Alabama.
