First Speedy, now Chavis. Texas A&M just reaches across the border of Lousianna and takes what it wants.

Again, Chavis sued LSU. They are counter suing to move it to federal court.

Besides wins, and congratulations on having TWO examples of people that you "took" from our state. Should I remind you on the amount of recruits LSU takes from your backyard?

He was making a pre-emptive strike. Didn't want to wait until 3rd down.

We all know how that would have ended, well except against A&M.

He took another job on his vacation...and therefore owes his buyout.

You can accept a new job and still work out your last two weeks or so at the old job. People do it all the time. Chavis did it using built up vacation time.

LOL at A&M fans bitching about LSU enforcing their contract when a coach deceitfully left them high and dry in a horrible timeframe to find a replacement. The funny thing is, A&M fans always brag about their money but they are too cheap to just pay Chavis' buy out. Chavis fricked himself and it's hilarious that his new team doesn't want to pay for him.

It's hilarious how uninformed LSU fans are about the actual situation.

Let me clue you in cupcake. Chavis sued LSU and Texas A&M. He wants the courts to figure out if anything is actually owed. Of course we will pay it. A&M is saying that we don't owe the buyout. LSU is saying that Chavis does. Now, because Chavis's lawyers filed suit before LSU could get their shite together, LSU is pissed because it is not in an LSU friendly jurisdiction, so they file federally.

Get your head out of your arse an actually read something other than a fan blog and you might learn something jizztrap.

Alleva sent Chavis a letter demanding the buyout, then Chavis filed suit.

The contract was in Baton Rouge, it was signed in Baton Rouge, employment was in Baton Rouge, and all parties were in Baton Rouge. Court procedures will take place in Baton Rouge.

Why are aggys so fricking stupid on this? You all regurgitate the same wrong party lines.

"WELL LSU OWES US FROM THE 90'S DERPDAADERRRRR!"

"No, shithead, we settled on that."

"BUTBUTBUT CHAVIS WAS ONLY VOLUNTEERING FOR ATM IN JANUARY!"

"Right, an LSU employee was actively recruiting for a division foe. That's totally not a recruiting violation."

"BUT WE STOLE SPEEDY AND THE BEST COACH THEY'VE EVER HAD!"

":sigh:"

. Chavis was instrumental in giving LSU its best football season - 2011.

LSU won the National Championship in 2003 and 2007.

How is 2011 LSU's best season?

Chavis single-handedly made LSU nationally relevant for the first time in forever you would think they would be a little more grateful

And for the people mad he was recruiting for us in January - he was on vacation. You don't have your vacations micromanaged.

Come on

He was working for A&M. He's functioning as a representative of A&M to recruit for A&M

If they didn't want to pay the buy out then just wait another month to pull that stuff
