The same guy reporting this is also saying Cal hasn't informed Kentucky of any negotiations.
Also, why would he ask for a counter when we're paying less than his current salary at Kentucky.
This just doesn't add up.

Maybe Calipari bluff ended up backfiring
In the end, I think he wanted to stay at UK but he felt he could use Arkansas interest to galvanize the fanbase behind him
It totally backfired and he is screwing both programs
Arkansas has no one left on their roster
UK stands to lose most of their roster and recruiting class
