Guise, beating a team that had a pillow fight vs. Portland State the previous week was way more impressive.

LSU would be favored by 10+ vs Tennessee, and will be this November.

Embarrassing? No

Particularly impressive? No

However, they do get credit for not giving up when they were essentially dominated the entire game.

They're 1-0. That's the goal. Just as Butch

Why would I be calling for Butch's head? I have 2 degrees from Alabama and want Tennessee to lose every game they play.

Auburn only plays the good ACC teams such as Clemson and Florida State. Tennessee scheduled an easier win and still almost blew it.

First of all, it wasn't really a neutral site since I could have walked from the GT campus to get to this game. But, I agree with most of the negative comments about UT's defense. It looked like they had GT's offense bottled up until Johnson made some adjustments that Bob Shoop never could account for later. It's all about assignments and to GT's credit, their play calling was terrific. I said before the game that you could have six months to prepare for this style of offense and still look anemic. For as long as UT's defense was out there and for as little at GT's defense was out there, which defense held up better in the fourth quarter? The answer is GT's defense looked even more tired, which is why Johnson went for the two point conversion to take the win or loss.

I'm still sick.

The fumble late in the 4th quarter really hurt and IMO was the difference. If GT doesn't fumble that ball, GT is in the red zone with 4 mintues left and likely would have scored, so it would have been 35-21 and UT would have been iced and you guys would absolutely be burning couches in Butch's front yard.

GT dominated in every single category in the game except two. Turnovers and final score. Turnovers can really negate all the stats.

For the life of me I can't understand how our 5th year senior running back doesn't have more situational awareness late in a game like that where the absolute last thing you can afford to do is fumble. He should have been running with that ball tight with two hands on it. Instead he carried it like a loaf of bread trying to get to the endzone.

It's just sickening that Butch keeps getting bailed out on these lucky wins.

A win is a win. Congratulations to Tennessee. They're 1-0, just like everyone else in the conference... Oh, wait... LOL @ the fAggies and Gay-terds!
