LSU fans have treated Miles like crap for the last few years. No coach who values job security will be seeking employment with LSU.

The reality is that you don't know shite about coaching changes but post like it's fact of what will happen.

Can't argue with this...and it applies to a lot of people here.

FSU has shite the bed every year except when they had a Heisman qb. With an easier schedule, in the ACC, against the likes of Wake Forest. Jimbo is not even any better than Miles.

It's basically Herman or bust, and even he is not proven yet. Plenty of coaches are hot shite at mid majors and then can't hack it in the bigs.

Their odds of getting a superior coach to Miles are very very low

Obviously we're rolling the dice but I'd rather take the chance than keep declining

The internet LSU fans did. You must not have attended the LSU-aTm game last year.

Son

LSU will choose a big time coach, had it not been for Saban beng a complete a-hole and terrible NFL coach you would be sniffing Kentuckys arse.

Times change my friend

Is Jimbo an upgrade at this point? Apart from the two years with Winston, he's underperformed despite having a significant talent advantage to every other team in that conference until Clemson closed the gap. Would it be that different if he were at LSU as opposed to Miles?

Jimbo is head and shoulders above Miles

IF LSU is going to make the change, you continue to let the season play out, even if the fans are chomping at the bit, and you try to get an agreement with a big name and hope they stick to it when you announce at the end of the year.

SO many programs make these moves and end up with a bust because the guy they assumed they would get spurns them and they are pressured to get someone fast because they've let the cat out of the bag and their fans and boosters are in a panic.

Maybe his offenses are, but the overall end product? Not really, the difference is Miles faces a guantlet year in year out while Jimbo really just has to focus on beating Clemson.

Shouldn't you be more concerned with sanctions and being terrible at cheating?

1. You're talking to an Ole Miss fan. The favorite team icon as well as Reb in his user name should've been a giveaway.

2. The same could be said for you. Had it not been for Saban where would LSU be? History would still be on Bama's side by a huge margin.

3. Who is the "big name" you could steal that's clearly better than Miles? Meyer and Saban aren't leaving. I'm drawing a blank here.
