What's so hard to understand about the fact that I misread and was including teams that played in the title game?

So you misread but I'm the one having a problem with comprehension?

Apparently so. Why else would you quote, "2011 Bama is the most undeserving modern day cfb champion", after I already admitted to including participants?

But A&M won 2 titles during the BCS era.

It's all good, you already admitted your error.

Easy question.

2011 Bama.

We got the original mulligan 15 years before mighty Bama.

So...I'm guessing you think LSU was the real champion of 2011?

If so, how would you explain 21-0?

The Bama mulligan team?

The LSU team that lost 2 games...to Arkansas & Kentucky ?

The Auburn team who were allowed to field a player who should clearly have been ruled inelligible according to NCAA rules at the time?

If you must pick, LSU lost two games in OT, but they were to bad, bad teams.. LSU has always been lucky to get in the game. The one they got screwed in was the mulligan game. Bama was the best team, but should not have been given a Mulligan, so they get my vote.

The BCS system was so incredibly stupid.

For the life of me, I cannot figure out how we all heard that computers were going to be 50% of the formula and said to ourselves "Well, that sounds like a great idea!" The computers rankings were absolute shite-shows.

No I didn't say that. Out of all the BCS champions, the 2011 Bama team was most undeserving.

I wish you would've labeled the title accurately according to the contents of your message.

It would've looked closer to this: "Let's talk (read shite on) Auburn's days in the BCS with little to no mention of any other team"

everyone who has half a brain or doesn't hate Bama knows Bama was the best team in college football that season. One OT loss in the regular season doesn't change that.

Classic gump perspective. We may have lost to you, but we're still the better team dammit!

So 2011 shouldn't have had a crowned champion?

Come on, now.

Who should've played though?

11-1 Alabama: lost to #1 by 3
11-1 Oklahoma State: lost to a 6-6 team
11-2 Oregon: 2 losses
11-1 Stanford: raped at home by Oregon

I'm just answering the question you posted

Face facts, the most undeserving BCS Champion is the 2011 Bama team. I'm not saying there shouldn't be a champion. But Bama won the BCS and they were undeserving of it.

It makes that championship so much sweeter that LSU fans are still crying about it too.

And they probably won't stop until they win a title again. FSU fans whined for years until recently about how they should've played BYU (who lost to a 6-5 team) in 96 instead of us again.
