We were breaking in a 1st year QB, that counts for something

No 'Bama team has really "housed" LSU since the whole Saban vs. Miles thing began.
Yeah, the re-match on 01/09/12 was pretty lopsided stat-wise but LSU's defense kept them in the game to the bitter end. The same thing goes for the '13 game when we beat them 38-17. The score was 24-17 going into the 4th quarter. Still anyone's game.
That 2012 LSU team was a good team that should have won 11 games. But their mistakes in the bowl game really came back to bite them in the arse. And for some reason they always turn it on against Alabama.

Yeah but y'all finally had a guy who didn't shite his pants against UF.

UT lost to 6-6 ND @ home.
Lost their starting True Freshman QB just before the half. Third team QB Rick Clausen (Brent Schaeffer was already lost for the year) threw a pick 6 on their first possession and that cost them the game.
They shouldn't have lost that game...but they did. Still a very good team that was bitten by the injury bug.

Peyton wasn't the reason for a couple of those UF losses.

Yea it's not Peyton's fault our defenses couldn't function half the time against UF Spurrier teams.

Let's have a look back at the BCS days (1998-2013)

Actually this is pretty spot on.
7 of the 9 meetings between Nick and Les have come down to the final minute, 6 in the final seconds and/or OT.
Had LSU hung on in Nov. of '12, they go 11-1 and play UGA in Atlanta. I kinda doubt they would have beaten the Dawgs two years in a row in the SECCG however.
Actually I thought the '13 LSU-Bama game was 17-17 early in the 4th quarter when Bama got the benefit of a PI call and scored on the next play.

Oh they were a very good team no doubt. It's silly to say that they would've blown out OU like the Auburn poster did though.

The same damn team minus Peyton beat UF and won it all.

That's because that was the #TeamofDestiny
It took a UF missed field goal to win it, after all, it's not like we finally turned it around and whipped yall's asses or something

They were badly outplayed in two of those games (Florida at home, Georgia at home) and barely scraped by Ole Miss. USC was completely hosed that year.
Nice try. UGA in no way outplayed LSU in the first game and got cremated in the SECCG. LSU totally outclassed the Sooners. So to say USC got hosed is acceptable only if you say the Sooners should not have been there. LSU belonged in the Title game and their victory over UGA in Atlanta was stronger than any game won by the Trojans.

It wasn't just the fg, Doug Johnson missed a wide open throw on the previous play that would've put us at first and goal.

What do gifs have to do with the fact that qb is is the most important position on the offense?
Edit: Oh and y'all LOST that game to us in the third gif. Oops.
