It is crazy that he may not be able to play. With the Manziel situation, not to mention the lack of Winston and Clowney situations, it really seems unfair if he doesn't play. That being said, I don't think he plays.

difference is they actually have someone saying they paid him

Ehh not really a lot there. He says he doesn't anticipate it will change. It could change, it could not. Nobody knows.

Which usually means a coach does not think it will happen. If he thought it was a possibility, he would have worded it different so as to make it look like all sides are working together on the issue.

I thought the basically just stated they would know if he was eligible for this weekend or not on friday, not that it would be resolved.

Gurley will be back for Florida... The Arkansas game mean nothing to Georgia and it's chances of going back to Atlanta

You don't beat Ark, you will not win the East. Not with AU and UF still on the schedule.

Maybe so. But to say the ARK game means nothing is horribly horribly dumb.

If UGA handle business when Gurley and Michel are back(beat FLA and AUB), the Arky game will be forgotten.

it won't be forgotten in the loss column or in the minds of the national voters/selection committee.
