On days you lift you warm up by doing lifting motions.

I would think you should be able to get it in Huntsville. Not sure where exactly because I'm never in that area anymore. They are putting out cans of it now. There's also a good chance that any bar or pub near you that gets a good variety of craft beer will have it at times on draft. I know here in Auburn there is a private Facebook group that is regularly updated with beer lists from various establishments. I would guess there is something similar up that way if you can find someone to invite you.

No, the boy is GDI right now. For whatever reason, he is more interested in the academic side at the moment. 4.0 as a rising Junior just like I was not at that time.

that's not a bad idea. may start doing it. I just worry about muscle fatigue from the added reps.
I've been running a 7 minute mile on the treadmill before I workout for awhile now without any issue.
