Not a bad workout.

I usually split up days

Chest/tri

Legs/shoulder

Back/bi

Then after a few weeks switch everything up and do tri/bi and chest/back.

Shoulder workouts will also help you with bench a lot.

Back/chest

I always done push and pull days and then every so often mix it up for a few weeks.

I walked like a mile on the beach today. It doesn't sound like much but, with the ice melting, the return was at a pretty good clip.

The bartender at the hotel beach bar handed me a fresh one right as I got back. He said I deserved it so there is that.

Push/Pull is a great workout, but your body will get used to it very quickly.
