I've switched it up a bit after the M-F one muscle group per day for a year.

Mon: Chest/Shoulders/Abs
Tues: Legs/ Triceps (light)
Wed: Biceps (light)/Shoulders
Thurs: Back/Chest
Fri: Arms/ Abs
Sat: Back (light)

I've seen massive gains, in strength, in chest, back, and shoulder strength. Shoulders have gotten larger and chest wider.

I'll also do a feeder workout for biceps 3 nights per week.

looks good. few things you might try to add tho

- do cardio for 5-7 min before working out to break a sweat and warm up. helps prevent injury
- do squats instead of leg press
- add one or more exercises that work your back
- do one or two exercises for abs at the end of your workout
- try to find different exercises each week that works a muscle different than how you worked it the week before.

Awww, go for it...

I actually just tried it in the past couple of years, some expensive stuff. Was unbelievable! Very Calming and enjoyable with certain foods as well.

woodsy, with a bit of peach taste and charcoal. If you never tried it, don't knock it.

BUt also love some great micro brews too. The only other hard drink I have enjoyed is Johnny Walker, (BLUE) but cant afford it often..

Never had it, but I'll add it to the list.

Classes have swamped me this summer, but I've gotten to enjoy a few 6 packs of Sam Adams Summer Ale. Can't wait for football season. I've got a lot of beers to try.

I feel ya.

I don't lift like I used to but isometric days can be nice to throw in every so often too. It's the ultimate to-failure workout.

I'm looking forward to some beach time at the end of the month.

When it's over, I have to move to Jackson.
