So you typically believe people with prior domestic violence charges over someone who up to this point had never been in trouble?

I think Tunsil and everyone in his family are, at best, shady. This guy included. Doesn't mean what he's saying isn't true. Doesn't mean it is, either. All that matters is what the NCAA decides it wants to believe.

Again, don't try and find logic in any of this. You're already on the runaway minecart and there's nothing you can do to stop it or get off. Prayers sent.

Note it says charge, not conviction.

that actually changes a lot. It's inadmissible hearsay in court if it's just a prior charge. Not that it has any relevance on tunsil' eligibility issues

Exactly.

It's funny how every anti OM fan just knows for a fact that we are fricked. Are we? Hell I dunno. We will see. Nothing I can do about it

I chuckled when he signed with Ole Miss over all of the Florida schools, Georgia, Bama, on and on. It was over the top obvious. It's what makes the religious coach charade more nauseating. Ole Miss doesn't have a monopoly on this clearly.

Nothing will happen unless OM boosters are tards.

FTR, I think he most likely did and is likely looking for money. The NCAA doesn't care about that though. Gurley's accuser was looking for money. It didn't help Gurley.

Did Gurley's accuser get money?

Why is it simply not possible that the guy is just mad after getting beat up by Tunsil (which is evident) and is getting even with Tunsil and his mom since he's on the outside looking in?

Btw, there's still the statement by the 13 year old son who stated the mom and dad were just "cussing" at each other. He didn't mention any hitting or shoving. Ladies and Gents that's the most unbiased person in the room as things unfolded that night.

Like Gurley's accuser, he's likely getting screwed out of money because of Tunsil cutting him out or an agent saying to cut him out. Who knows but that'd be the most likely motive.

I think that is possible. The real story here is that if there was something, having someone who was close to the offender that will flip on them makes it a bad deal. The NCAA has gotten beaten lately by closing of ranks. This situation is intriguing because there is a guy who has a motivation to bury the target of the investigation. That can obviously color the way one views what he says, but the flip side is if there is something to it, he might know where the so-called bodies are buried.

It takes a vindictive person to provide the trail, and there wasn't one in the past.

The NCAA doesn't give two fricks about recruiting violations.

They will sniff around because of the agent implications. They don't want those mean ol' agents messing up their poor little "amateur" athletes.

Dear Lord, please reveal that the "big bad" from the 2013 recruiting class was bagman Archie Manning. Talk about rock that place to its foundation.

I heard it was the retired VP of the klan who thought the money was going to a save colonel reb fund but obviously that wasn't the case so now he's trying to ruin the program legally (since the last protest on campus was a bust)
