I never claimed Smart was better than Chavis, id sure as hell rather have saban and a few more other coaches before miles though. But chavis is probably the best in the business!

quote:While true, I would prefer Kirby Smart and Nick Saban to stop all offenses not involved with the HUNH spread attack... LSU and John Chavis have definitely found success against those HUNH offenses, though.
Honestly, Chavis is doing better than Smart these days against stopping the A&M's of the league.

You're an idiot. Go look at the 2012 numbers and see the difference he made with pretty much the same personnel

Can't we just all get along and laugh at the big 10 together?

Yes, points per game is totally some statistic you should just throw out the window, because points dont really matter after all

Have you not watched his O since........well since the beginning? Every fanbase said, before the season, that the stable of his passing game is the bubble screen. What has he done to disprove that myth?

quote:Kiffin is only the highest rated in Bama fans eyes. Bama isn't even in the top 25 in scoring while Auburn and A&M are both top 5.
Kiffin has the highest rated offense of the three so far this year

Did I say points don't matter? No, just that PPG is a flawed statistic.

Yeah, bubble screens seem to work well against an FAU or a Southern Miss.. My guess is that they won't work as well against SEC teams.

Unless you are bad at math, ppg is not a flawed statistic. It represents exactly what it purports to represent.

It is when we are talking about efficiency.

okay, then if PPG is flawed, every other statistic besides wins and losses is flawed as well

This is a pretty basic statistical concept. Not sure why you are struggling with it so much.

I'd take Cam Cameron above Kiffin & Lashley.
