LSU is a mirror of Bama.
We may have some offensive shortcomings, but in the important areas(both lines),we're just as talented as Bama.
We both want to do the same things, play physical football and impose our will on our opponents.
I have a lot of respect for Bama in this regard, they play football the way it should be played.
Anyone who thinks that anybody is a bigger threat to either of these teams than each other are completely retarded.
Good luck to the Gumps,it's gonna be a war as always

Your argument makes no sense. Basically, you just wrote: "we can beat Bama because we're a poor man's Bama". Which is arguably the second or third dumbest thing I've read all week.

TAMU is a bigger threat because TAMU can score and score quickly.

You are easily top 3 dumbest posters on this site.
LSU is a carbon copy of Bama, run the ball, good defense, occasional play in the passing game.
Everything is predicated on straight up manhandling the opponent.
Both teams are used to being the bully, which is why it's such an interesting matchup and will be close.
Anybody who thinks a team with a freshman QB and a subpar defense is a bigger threat to Bama than the only team in America with equivalent talent is a complete fricking idiot.
Most people have known for a while that KH is pretty fricking retarded,I'm sure you're a big fan of his

JFF will be playng behind two All Americans at OT who both project among the top 12 taken in the next draft, and ahead of any Alabama player on some boards. Herbie said what I've been sayng all week. I'm more worried about aTm.

I don't think AJ sees Mettsiah when he looks in the mirror. At the most important position, you're screwed.

To infer that Mettsiah is a carbon copy of McCarron easily qualifies you as THE dumbest poster on the site.

Would be dumb of Alabama, Contain and make him throw against your DB's. You collapse the pocket and he runs like a mofo. UF, LSU did it and won. UA does this and they murder a football program.

He's just hyping up the game because Gameday will be there next week, assuming we both win this weekend.

I love our team, I think we're really good. But LSU proved to be the better team two weeks ago.

Selfishly I hope Bammer wins, buts that so our game has more meaning.

Aggies spout off more than any other fan base I've ever seen when they have NOTHING to spout off about. And it's not new - they've been losing for decades yet spouting off for decades. Do I love LSU? YES. Do I think LSU will almost certainly lose to Alabama this year? YES. Does that make A&M any better or better than LSU? Not a prayer in hell. NOBODY willing to bet on it and not being paid to make provacative statements really thinks that A&M has any prayer in hades of coming up with an offensive plan to beat Alabama in Tuscaloosa that will take Alabama's coaches more than a few plays to figure out and crush. Again, JFF will have a ton of turnovers, the Aggies' defense will give up big plays and points and the Aggies will cry on Sunday morning "if only we didn't have so many turnovers and give up so many big plays" yet again. You guys have spent the life of program with a delusional inferiority complex to your big brother program in Texas. You are in the SEC now. Grow up, grow a pair and stop trying to prove you belong. You are an average team in the best conference in the land. Average teams don't get the right to spout off without looking like douche bags. So try harder to not look like a douche bag.

You mad, bro?

So he expects A&M's defense which couldn't hold up to LSU with a passing game on life support to hold up to Bama's. Makes alot of sense.

Ehh, who cares?

If Herbie were always right, Les would currently be in his 5th season in Ann Arbor right now, so....

Here's to you, Herbie!
