He might have some big success early, but then things will go downhill pretty fast.

Fours years. That's all he will last at UGA.

Success early bought Richt 15 years. Why wouldn't buy Smart more than 4?

Kirby winning a NC and deciding he wants to give the NFL a try is more likely than him sucking it up and being canned in 5 years..

Im sure the OP Im sure the OP is just trolling but thinking as a "normal" I'm not sold on him yet. Obviously need to see a product but listening to him on some of the SECn "specials" ya know first time coaching gigs are not easy, no matter how well he's been trained. lol

I wouldn't be shocked if he was like Muschamp at UF but I also think Will is going to be much better on his second go round.

last time LSU has a first time head coach was Archer. It didn't end well and set off a chain of events that lead to a guy named Curley

What's it say about Arkansas that Bert would be fired by year four at UGA but gets a raise at Arkansas?

Aka: the Auburn coaching model.

Auburn: the Florida Marlins of CFB.

I'm on the fence on Kirby.

I'd be interested to hear how Bama fans think he'll do at UGA.

Agreed. He will flame out like Muschamp. Hiring Chaney lol

Only reason he has hype on here is because of Bama fans pumping him up
