That's how I guess it would shake out if you polled people on their interest in various sports.

Interesting graph.
I wonder what year CFB passes MLB. I would think this playoff will help that happen sooner than later. I bet before 2020 IMO.
I personally obviously love football and it will always be #1 but I've always had an extreme passion for CBB too.
The years TN has made the tourney and made any kind of run were some of the most exciting sports memories I've ever had. So I don't blame Kentucky fans for enjoying their great success in BB.
Now College baseball on the other hand...zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

College basketball has been ruined by one and dones, mercenary coaches, AAU basketball, and superstar treatment for highly touted players.
I honestly don't enjoy watching it all that much anymore. It's basically an NBA scouting league for a few blue blood programs and that's about it.
Yes, maybe I'm being a bitter Mizzou fan because our program is in the gutter, but I felt this way when we were winning too.

The survey speaks for itself, however, for me personally, if you asked me my favorite sport, I would say MLB, even though I'm a huge UK basketball fan. Without UK, I would just be a CB fan with average interest, take it or leave it. I think a lot of fans are this way. In general most football fans find the NFL more interesting but will support and follow their own team religiously
