It's our worst team of the modern era. Comparable to LSU basketball this past season.

The 1994 team was 21-35. Wells took over in 1995 and had a 50 win team by 1997. Played for national title.

Your shortstop had a very rough night last night fielding. A&M was very beatable last night. Hopefully that was the only window we will give Bama this weekend. We got games to make up.

It's a niche sport. Fans in the south are invested into college baseball like fans up north are heavily invested into hockey.
I follow it somewhat in the regular season, but definitely get more involved in the postseason.

The only true sports in College are those where the participant haven't reached the pinnacle of their sport. Anything outside of that is a club sport.

He's not a true SS. Average glove, no range for middle infielder and below average arm. We are hurting for infielders and I just do not get it.

I understand that we have recruited poorly. I understand that we replaced a shitty coach and I understand that the new guy probably isn't all that good either. I don't understand 5 errors. I mean how do you suck as much as we do? Quite possibly the worst team in our history. At least it's just baseball.

Yea my friend you are just speaking for Bama. Every other SEC school west of you bleed college baseball. So that comment backfired.....

Your post makes no sense. I said fans in the south are more invested into college baseball than fans elsewhere. Like I said, it's a niche sport. Fans of Wisconsin don't give two shits about their baseball program. Conversely, they're among the many northerner schools that support college hockey like we support baseball. It isn't hard to understand.

I'm at the game right now and our players are small and slow. We have a catcher that looks scared to throw at a runner (he's had two opportunity where the runner should've been hosed). Gaspard screwed us from a recruiting standpoint and it'll take a couple years to get good

Catcher is not too bad. Not a fan of 2 throwing behind runner unless dead right. Bait them, they'll dumb it up in time. Baseball is patience.
