*RPI approx. #173 (OOC #200) while every other team in SEC is top 100
*(3-17) v/s top 100 RPI teams

They just find ways to lose games. Not as bad from a talent perspective as the record indicates, but they are indeed bad.

Not as bad as the numbers look IMO.

They've lost 7 games by one run

A&M took the lead last night on a errant pick off throw.

Alabama also lost the rubber match with South Carolina due to wild pitches in the 9th inning.

Kind of looks like you're describing LSU basketball.

Really bad. Gaspard ran the program into the ground and now we have a team that would get whipped by a lot of juco programs in our new $45 million stadium.

It might be the worst team we've put on the field in 30 years.

There is a baseball team worse than ours? Hey, I like the sound of that.

Historically bad. Some of our fans are pretty disappointed with the poor results this year, and I get some of the criticism, but a lot of this is due to two things: Gaspard not recruiting well and a culture change with players not wanting to adjust or buy in. Goff wants runners to be more aggressive on the base, which isn't what Gaspard wanted.

I don't know if Goff is the answer or not. What I do know is the team is playing hard, and he usually has good results after year 3. So we'll have to wait and seem. Bama should be competitive in baseball.

Even I won't comment on this.

At least they re-did their stadium...
