lol

i've seen alabama fans after losing to LSU over the last 15 years become insane, violent people both in BR and T-town. Yall truly are a special breed with no sense of humor.

Well, I do realize that is improper usage of one word and incorrect spelling of another. It's just that sometimes I get into such a furious and frenetic pace when posting that I don't pay attention.

And why do I become this way? I'll tell you why, because football is fricking serious and you all know it.

Thanks for the spell/grammar check and I'm not being facetious.

The nice, fun coaches win big for a few years and then come and go. The legends of college football are almost all assholes and there is a reason for that.

You can't have the sustained success he has had for a decade,in the hardest division, in the hardest conference and not be a good game day coach. It's literally impossible.

To this day I have no idea how we lost 3 games in 2001. That team was one of the most talented teams in lsu history. There was 26 future nfl players on that roster.

I typed Les Miles into google, and this was the first image, and many more like it.

Les tells you to have a big dose of STFU.

Okay, okay, it's been fun everyone. I learned a lot and understand LSU's fan-base a bit better now.

I'll wrap it all up and end this discussion with a final synopsis that everyone will agree with.

Tigers are a passionate fan-base but, it ends there. They really don't care about football except for exactly 4 quarters each Saturday during the season.

It's just not that important to them; football isn't serious or real life.

These attitudes are what separates programs like Alabama, Notre Dame, and Ohio State from programs like LSU, Ole Miss, and Tulane.

An overall lack of dedication permeates LSU's fan-base and program and the results have been evident on the field over the long decades.

But, none of you really care about that because it's not important like, say, a nuclear bomb exploding over our heads.

This isn't true. It's just that we don't let a game, we didnt participate in, determine our sense of self worth. CFB is a game. It's not serious.but I'm starting to understand how Bama fans shoot other Bama fans because they weren't miserable enough over a Bama loss.

Holy shite. LSU is a top 10 all time football program.
I'm pretty sure a troll, which what you have to be doing, isn't supposed to make me question your grip on reality.

Again, lsu is a top 10 all time football program.

you post on a website started by an LSU alumnus whose intent was to create a forum that was centered around the discussion of LSU football throughout the year. His successes and foresight is the reason we're all here today

To my dismay

Again,

This isn't true.

That is what just about every LSU fan has said in this very thread.

Alabama fans don't allow to determine our self-worth either, we just realize it's not fun and games and take it seriously.

Well, maybe that woman who shot the other woman just didn't think that the one who got shot was showing proper respect. Even though the one who got shot was an Alabama fan, maybe she was just a bandwagon fan that didn't really take it serious enough. I can understand how that might lead to a shooting.

Except that's exactly what it is. A game.

Again,

Thanks for the bows. But, just to be totally correct, this is a sub-forum of the original Tiger Rant. This board was created for all SEC fans and to be about all teams, not just LSU.

I wouldn't dare go over to Tiger Rant unless they invited me or they just wanted my opinion on something concerning LSU.

Now it's totally correct.

eta - I realize you're fishing with awful bait but I can't tell whether or not you realize there's a hole in your boat.

No, it was created because Bama fans signed up en mass to troll the tiger rant after Saban was hired. Rather than ban all bama fans like some forums might do, chicken created the SEC rant instead. You're welcome.

It's technically a game, sure, but it's pretty important and serious. You have to admit that.

Look at it this way:

If some supposed LSU fan was mocking you after a loss to your biggest rival, Tulane, just rubbing it your face and being very disrespectful, maybe they deserve to get shot.

See, at that point, it becomes not about the game itself but, about the disrespect to you.
