He's a good QB, the hype surrounding him has always been over the top but that's the kind of media attention that program gets and the unrealistic expectations of a fan base that big. He's got no NFL future (which is fine super smart and good kid) and he's in no way sometime of Heisman contender but he's a good solid college quarterback.

's always problems when you have to shuffle your OL. One problem gets fixed, but another leak gets discovered. It usually just starts throwing everything out of sync. You get linemen next to each other who are not used to working with each other. It can get ugly. Maybe your problems can be fixed when your injured player gets back.

Yep. I think part of Jashon's problem has been who he's had to work with at OT. I don't know what the hell's been wrong with Thomas though.

Isn't a big part of quarterbacking...like...reading a defense?

Yes he's frauding everyone by telling them human. In reality he's alf. Butch recruited him to save him from the FBI after the last episode

Dobbs is an elite runner, but an average passer. He isn't an elite QB, but he certainly isn't a fraud.

If Dobbs were on our team, we'd be sitting at 3-0 right now. So idk why you're making this thread.

When your OL is letting LBs run up the middle unopposed and ends run around the tackles unopposed it's not a matter of reading the defense.

ESPN on the phone for you, sir. They're finally delivering on your well-deserved Game Day pundit offer. Congratulations, sir!

He's a slightly above average overall QB. Most people seem to think he's either really good or terrible, which I find puzzling.

the people who think he's really good are probably Vols fans. The people think he's terrible have probably never seen terrible (ala JJ, BH, etc.)

I just don't think he was ever worthy of all the high praise he received. Inconsistent has been Dobbs' MO this year, and he looks rattled more often than not. I have seen where it has been attributed to the OL which I can see as a valid reason for his struggles.

which has nothing to do with anything, and is also hyperbole. We would probably have the same record
