Sorry that I like to watch college football and not college fútbol complete with flops.

There was one maybe two legit looking injuries. The others were baby back bitch flopping.

It's no more cowardly than HUNH itself.

HUNH is a TEMPO. Alabama runs it. Even LSU runs it every now and then. It's not an offense.

Except that the HUNH isn't cheating.

Control over advancement of the play clock via the snap is a power given to offenses BY the rulebook. There's nothing wrong with doing it quickly instead of being lackadaisical about it.

Faking an injury is not a power given to defenses BY the rulebook. It's against the rules, there's just no way to enforce it.

Doing something within the rules (HUNH) is not the same thing as doing something against the rules (faking injuries). The lack of enforceibility doesn't make the two the same thing.

It's not that uncommon for multiple players to cramp up in the first game of the season due to the heat and for the simple fact that it's the first game of the season.

It was 70 degrees. It was not hot at all.

No one cramped on their offense.

It was obvious if you were there what they were doing.

They also substituted slowly to prevent us snapping the ball.

Pretty funny that now Tennessee fans have resorted to this as their excuse for the struggles.

Hilarious. You think the HUNH is football.

It's okay, though. I'm in the minority on this one. I know. Change is persistent. But not all things change for the better.

You guys... seriously. I mean, seriously. I understand you got the crap scared of ya'll. But DANG ya'll are excusing and whining about things a lot. This was a game you should have won by 21. It was in your stadium.

Just accept the fact that you were overrated.

Do y'all really the believe the " fake " cramps had something to do with the Vols needing a extremely lucky bounce in order to beat App State??

Look I don't really blame them for it. You take whatever advantage you can get in a close game against a team with more talent.

They should still get called out for it though.

This is the problem with playing a good mid major. If you blow them out everyone expects it. If you struggle, well you get this kind of reaction, if you LOSE it's never forgotten.

Bottom line. We got a nice little slice of humble pie. Still got a W. Reminds me a lot of the 06 Air Force game albeit more of a defensive struggle than that one.

Yes. It's football. I don't think that much of the triple option, but it's still football.

Always my example. For 20 years another "gimmick" ruled the gridiron that went by the name "wishbone". It was still football, just like HUNH spread is football. If the only offensive style was the I formation it would be a pretty boring game. I like the early-UFC-like quality of college football in that you get to see completely different styles duke it out.

How many of you have done any amount of decent physical activity? Hell I've had a couple led cramps during sex. Do y'all just lay there the whole time?

TN really had a cowardly offensive strategy. Their offense was so shitty for so long during periods of the game that the opposing defense got cold and cramped up. They were really able to capitalize in those periods of cramping

Sounds like you need more conditioning.
