I thought that after 2008 too. It's sad to see the instate talent go, especially to other mediocre bball schools. But, like its been stated many times before, most GA boys aren't raised UGA fans. No reason not to be able to recruit basketball players. School is top 50/60 in the country, football team is consistently a contender, campus life/bar scene is amazing....just makes me think Fox's recruiting ability is shite

Don't be stupid. Most GA boys aren't raised UGA bball fans. They don't care about UGA the university just football. Then there are the transplants who aren't from GA

Either way, should be easier to recruit players to UGA than Gonzaga or Northern Illinois. These kids are in our back yards too. Not like it's a far trip.

It takes time to develop players for everyone not named Kentucky, if you can't acknowledge that, then I don't know what to tell you. We aren't bringing anyone in that's that caliber of player.

Please name one semblance of an occurrence of a 7'0 tall raw prospect coming in and contributing substantially as a freshman who was not a 5 star recruit. And on top of that, Trayvon joined the team midseason. The fact that CBP has effectively shut him down for the season tells you all you need to know about how raw and underdeveloped he is. Just go read his recruiting profile.
