Pearl is a shitty every day coach, yet he went to the NCAA tournament every year at Tennessee without many or any NBA players. Has also advanced to the semifinals of the SEC tournament playing two walk ons and a lightly recruited true freshman

I would say Oliver Purnell is based on what he has done at Drexel and Clemson, and the hype and pay.
