I think LSU will practice throwing interceptions this week and get it cleaned up. Hard to expect the kid to know what to do on a pass play like that for LSU.

you don't care about this Wisky player trying to twist Fournettes ankle in a pile. This is far more dirty than Bouttes hit

How is a dirty hit worse than grabbing and trying to actually injure a players ankle? it's not. But daddy media hasn't told you to be outraged

So you are saying it is normal for players to be blind sided to the head after a play has been long called dead?

Since things normally happen in piles and have since the games was first played.

So since players normally try to injury people laying on the ground it's ok?

And why haven't you responded to the Arky player spearing a defenseless player in the head at full speed and then celebrating as he is escorted off the field as the other player lays motionless?

Why haven't you responded Dale?

Yeah the hit was no dirtier than the Arkabsas player that spear headed a vandy player calling for a fair catch. What Boutte did was completely unacceptable and he should be suspended for multiple games but the faux moral outrage is hilarious. Worst hit EVER, not really

Where have I defended him? I said it's a dirty hit

I am simply laughing at the morons who let the media think for them. Dirty hits have been have been happening in football forever, and they will continue to happen. People saying it's the worst hit they have ever seen? Lol

And he was kicked out of the program.

Bobby MFN Petrino has better morals than Les Miles and LSU, seriously think about that for a moment...

Nobody said it was OK.

Was it called a personal foul & the player suspended?

If not, it's not subject to video review.

Wade served a one game suspension and finished out the season

He was suspended one game actually. He may have later been kicked off the team but not after that hit

Nope. This cheap shot was in the neighborhood (but not as bad) of Oregon's Lagarrette Blount's cheap shot. And he was basically kicked off the team.

He was booted from the program after that hit occurred.

It is laughable to compare the two, Wade was a gunner during a punt and either missed or ignored the fair catch called for and delivered a hit, this is a fairly common occurrence, more so back then when there was not clear fair catch rules in place at that time (remember UCONN pulling a fake fair catch and running back for an easy score that same year?)

The hit over the weekend was long after the play dead, the 5 LSU players standing near the Wisconsin player were not in pursuit, if nothing else all they did was shield his vision from the malicious hit that was about to occur.
