Ole Miss vs. LSU, 1959, Billy Cannon and the rest of that shite. We did win the rematch in the Sugar Bowl 21-0. Doesn't that sound eerily familiar to last year with Bama??

Can't see any Gamecock fan saying anything other than Navy in '84.

Would have to be. Would've had a national title invite regardless if we had beaten Clemson or not the next week.

If one were forced to say anything except Navy I think the obvious choice is the SECCG vs AU.

Only a GUMP would think this has to do with HIM PERSONALLY. No amount of Bama wins will make your trailer look bigger.

I went to Bama between '01 and '05 so ill go with 2004 Tennessee.

We were competitive into the 3rd quarter. We should have been up by 14 at the half.

'07 Tennessee only because that was my first UGA game I went to and I had to watch that drumming in front of friends and 100,000+ homo big orange fans. We beat them and we play in the SECCG and possibly the NCG.

If not then this year's SECCG. That was heartbreaking.

This by a wide wide margin. I've never wanted a game so bad in my life and to come so close

I'm disappointed no Ole Miss fan has mentioned the 1989 Vandy game. The Chuckie Mullins game.

So, I'll pick that game. I'd trade a lot of wins for keeping a player from getting paralyzed and passing away due to complications.

RIP #38.

Texas 1969

The program would be on a much higher level if we had won that game.

The 2010 Auburn game. A Bama win probably knocks Auburn out of the NC game and puts Bama in a BCS bowl.

2011 BCS National Championship Game
LSU vs Bama

JJ goes down during the first quarter and Jarret Lee leads LSU to a comeback win and a National Championship

2012 Alabama at LSU
LSU's defense shuts down A.J. McCarron to hold on for a win, stamping a ticket to the SEC Title game in route to a second straight BCS Championship game.

The same Lee who, blessed with every advantage possible (great D, strong run game, excellent OL, good receivers, 8 wins with 1st string snaps) started throwing int's 11/5/11 then curled up in a 'deer-in-the-headlight' fetal position? Not happening.

Definitely though beating UGA would have been a tall order.

Another ATL invite with an outstanding team, would have been great.
