Just means the East is down again.
If one of the three: UGA, Florida or Tennessee don't win the East. Its automatically down.

At least OM, Vandy and aTm went on to win their bowl games that year. UGA got fisted by Bo Pelini and his band of miscreants.

We lost to Nebraska buy 5 points on a game we dominated.they scored on a pick 6 and a 99yrd bomb we were inside their 20 yard 7 times....yea we got "fisted" by a team we beat by 2 TD'so the year before.
I'll compare your illustrious bowl history to ours any day.

You changed the range of your statement. Your original statement merely stated record, not conference record.
The 2013 final SOS rankings have the schedule played as 24th and 9th.
In 2014 the Final SOS had MU's schedule ranked 23rd and 10th.
When UGA won the division in 2011 their final SOS was ranked 23rd and 14th.
In 2012 UGA's final SOS was 27th and 15th.
I guess UGA benefited from a weak schedule, too.

They also beat Texas A&M, Vanderbilt and Ole Miss in 2013. They both had winning records.
They beat South Carolina, Texas A&M, Arkansas and Florida in 2014...all of these teams had winning records. (Maybe I am misunderstanding you? Did you mean winning SEC records, or winning overall records?)

Not really. but when the three were at the top of their game the east won the SEC on a regular basis. Since the "Big 3" have been down or not won the East we haven't won the SEC.
Look at the facts....no other team from the East except Tennessee, Florida and Georgia has won the SEC.....ever. If Missouri, Kentucky, Vanderbilt or South Carolina wins the SEC, then you will have something to talk about.
