If Alabama leaves the SEC, what would that do to the conference?

I honestly think we could go independent like Notre Dame. We have just as much power play and tradition. The tv contract would be ridiculous. We also could make our own schedule and still keep Tenn and Auburn on the schedule.

Have fun with that plan. I would hope the SEC would invite UAB to replace UAT but the BOT would probably turn it down.

Alabama is the SEC. They would just turn into a conference in the south.

You have regional draw more than national. It would go about like BYU. Notre Dame is every Catholic's 1st or 2nd favorite team.
