I wanted nine games, too.

Now, we will get bonus Towson and Chattanooga games to endure.

Those games weren't going away even with a 9 game schedule.

Who is Bama going to replace Georgia State with?
A home and home with an out of conference opponent?

A decent opponent isn't giving you the time of day replacing those games unless you return the visit. Or does Bama plan on playing all OOC games at neutral sites each year?

Yes they were

We would've kept WVU obviously because its the KO Classic game and the home & home with So Miss

You act like Bama hasn't had a good OOC opponent ever, when we have played Va Tech, Penn St twice, Clemson, and again pay WVU this yr

I've given compliments to Bama for OOC scheduling.

Just not for OOC scheduling away games at the opponents stadium.

Saban doesn't like that away game variable.

And no... you aren't getting rid of 2 of your patsies even with a 9 conference game schedule. You can't change your stripes. You're not challenging all comers with home and homes, I swear.

If Saban wasn't crying for it neither would the Bama fans. They seem to follow his lead like good little sheep.

I'd like to think so. That'd way worse than going to Duke. That one was also a head scratcher

Yea Duke was a head stratcher. Playing Wallace Wade was cool.

Play an FSU or Clemson level OOC team every year and then bitch about schedule strength. Bama choses to go cupcake they can't blame the SEC.

I felt like this the last 2 or 3 years I'd much rather have an extra SEC game than play an extra OOC opponent Rocky

Well they need to get over it. Bama is above playing in certain stadiums.

9 games, force all 14 teams to schedule 1 non-SEC BCS conference team, and FORBID yearly FCS scheduling. Or forbid FCS scheduling as a whole. Either way works for me.

I agree. I think a lot of fans are trying to place blame on the schools that actually create good schedules on their own, when they should be directing their concerns at their own AD.

LSU played WVU in 2010 and 2011 also. Is the rest of the list right?
