I'm not, and I don't get the impression anyone else is mad. I thought it was embarrassing for him, but I assumed it was common knowledge for CFB fans and players to know Bryant,Robinson etc.
Most of the LSU posters in the thread do seem mad. Mad at Bryant, for whatever reason.

Black players don't follow sports as closely as white players. Example, Sonny Weems didn't know that Kentucky basketball was one of the best basketball schools ever bc they didn't recruit him. That was in the newspaper in the pel days and I remember thinking how crazy that was
