No doubt Tennessee is surging. Their young players have grown as the season has progressed on both sides of the ball. Dobbs is turning into a big-time leader who can beat you with his legs or his arm.

If our O-line doesn't cut out the false start penalties, we'll be fricked on down and distance plays. If you want to see what that looks like, check out the first half of the A&M game. We shot ourselves in the foot constantly and it completely kept us out of the endzone. If Mauk reverts to his happy-feet backwards scrambles and off-footed throws we could be totally fricked.

I'm looking forward to a fun, competitive college football game where one key play could turn the tide for either side.

I agree. It will be a very tough game. I'm not all about the false confidence and chest puffing that UT fans are.

But we are the ones that are "scared". Weird...

Well, now that's a much more sound approach. While home field advantage is a factor, my bigger concern is the fact that UT seems to be playing quality football, not because they'll be singing Rocky Top all night long.

Ready to sit back and watch the comments roll in from mizz faithful citing all the times they've been counted out before

They actually have a point when they do this. Nobody ever gives Mizzou any credit. EVERYBODY doubted them (me included) last season and nobody gave them a chance going into the SECCG. They played a very good Auburn team close and they had a very solid team. It really is time Mizzou was given a little credit.

That song blares on loop in Hell. What a terrible song.

On thing in Missouri's favor in my mind is experience - correct me if I'm wrong but there aren't too many freshmen out there for y'all, are there?

On a personal level, not too worried about it. The ironic part is apparently UT player Pearson gave the team some bulletin board material too by making a comment much like the OP's comment. Mauk's response to Pearson saying he feels sorry for Mizzou..."That's fine."

What's Mizzou good at again? I'm having trouble... Like what have you consistently won championships in?

I wouldn't hate on the dynasty that Pat Summitt built if I were you.

No true freshmen in the two deep. 3rd string has a few freshman players, but they aren't in the game at nut-crunch time.

Only bad part about this weekend is sending UGA to Atlanta. I want to win and witness UGA fans melt at the same time. What should I do?
Don't worry about UGA, Vols fans. You can go ahead and lose. Arkansas will go into Columbia and kick Mizzou arse if you guys can't do it.

Either way Dawgs rule the East then the SEC.

Very few. Most any of the true freshmen are 3rd on the depth chart and may get a small handful of snaps (not touches). A couple of RSFr on the defensive side may get 20 or so snaps at DE to spell Ray and Golden.

You beat Derek Dooley and a freshman QB making his career start. Congrats on those amazing accomplishments.

You still avoided my question of what has Mizzou actually won championships in

We really only have 3 true freshman who will be actively involved in the gameplan RB Ish Witter, WR Nate Brown and S Thomas Wilson. Have a couple other guys that didn't redshirt, but they mostly play on ST or garbage time.

We are typically a pretty experienced team, which is a reason we are typically good on the road. We also have a good coach, who has won a lot of football games.
