Are people counting Mizzou out of this game? Weird.

Couple quick points:
1). Our WR corps is back to "go" with White back in the rotation. It seemed to make a big difference at A&M
2). I appreciate UT's excitement about their newfound offense. I would advise some of their more excitable posters to temper their expectations. They're not "putting up 50."
3). Mauk seems to be making small improvements regularly. But, I expect a few brain farts from him, still, and that could be the difference in the game.
4). I've heard complaints about UT's OL. If our DLine gets penetration like I think they will, Dobbs will be scrambling for his life. I get that he's fast. Our ends our pretty quick as well. We will get significant pressure bringing 4. And our Defensive backfield is turning into a strength.

Should be a good game and fun to watch. M-I-Z

No, Serraneaux does seem like a cocksucker. Even absent our upcoming game. I will second.

Let them go to Atlanta with the false hope of winning only to leave disappointed. Again.

The Vols could lose, then be in a must win situation with an upset-minded Vandy team and possibly lose that one and sit home, yet again, during bowl season. In the mean time, the team that your attempting to slam has been to 17-in-a-row. Really makes you look stupid to slam a program that is light years ahead of you.

How the frick did Genius Butch have Dobbs 3rd string and wanting to redshirt him?

Is he a poor talent evaluator?

I must say, if only for one week, I'm glad your fans aren't self loathing pussies anymore.

You must not know that Killz will be in attendance......it is Tennessee that we all will sorry for on Monday when a magnificent MS Paint appears on the Rant making fun of your fans and team. I can't imagine what will become of your hound dog.

Mizzou 38. UT. 27

You're right. UT wins going away. Dobbs runs rough shod all over the Tiger defense, running for 175 and throwing for 325. Mauk gets sacked 15 times. There are 20 false start penalties against Mizzou because lord knows they are no where near prepared to play in whatever stadium that is called at night with bowl implications on the line for UT.

Those 2 are solid no doubt. Wouldn't say they're better than Golden and Ray at this point. The difference may be Mizzou has some resemblance of an offensive line. UT, well good thing Dobbs can run.

When those possessions have hung in the balance, Dobbs has been even better: he's 12-for-23 passing for 183 yards, with three touchdowns

We are not impressed.

I sort of feel sorry for Tennessee every weekend. Living in the past, unable to accept that Tennessee football is a has-been.

Third

And goodness, I've never seen a fanbase so concerned with trying to convince themselves others are scared of them. No Mizzou fan is scared of UT. Just because most of our fans don't employ the same chest puffing, false bravado y'all do doesn't make anyone scared.

Copy and paste of every other post whining about being picked to lose by some. Do you honestly not believe playing in Neyland at night will be at least a small factor in this game?

We've won 9 straight road games, 7 in the SEC.

In short, not really worried about it.

Sure it is. Kind of like playing at Kyle Field, or The Swamp, or Williams Brice. Home field advantage is a factor but it's hardly a guarantee of a win. Ask A&M, UF or SC.

Personally I would be worried, but mostly because UT has had our number recently and made it close when we should have rolled.

Mizz Dline could make it a blowout, but if Dobbs can take a few punches early, it should be a good, close game.
