I realize he went 0-8 in conference. So a winless SEC team might be able to win the B1G and get embarrassed in the Rose Bowl like Bielema did three times in a row. Nothing you presented challenges the fact that Bret is incapable of getting the job done at Arkansas. Bielema was recruiting against B1G schools. He never finished as low relative to his conference peers in the recruiting game as he did this past season.

Two bad years brought on by a set of difficult circumstances (but kept our Integrity) and folks think you have been bad forever.

Payback will be hell. And delicious.

You do realize Bert lost those Rose Bowls right?

You do realize this isn't the Big 10, right?

You do realize that in that shitty conference Bert went 23-1 against Minnesota, Indiana, Illinois, and Purdue and 16-18 against everybody else, right?

and now he's getting better recruits right? please tell me you realize this

You do realize that talent ranks sixth in the west, right?

Please tell me you realize all of this.

you do realize Sumlin has never won a conference championship and that includes a stint in Conference USA? Yeah the Big Ten isn't the SEC but it's a hell of a lot better than CUSA and he won it multiple times to Sum's zero.

and that's with Case Keenum.

Without a NFL caliber QB, Sumlin has had only losing seasons as HC.

Fact.

So?

Why would I care?

I'm not the one having to lean on Sumlin's prior job for hope.

That can't be right because Sumlin is the GOAT. Obviously he's won a couple titles as a head coach.

lol no

oh so he's incapable after one season?

all I did was show he's been able to win at a higher level than most SEC coaches did before they came into the league. and he did that with lesser talent than he's getting now

cool.

now what did other SEC coaches recruiting look like before they came into the league? to be able to judge bert fairly we'll need that data

because he's had two years and a roster stacked with talent? meanwhile bret inherited shite. I know you won't admit it but facts are facts.

An occasion that happens only when his first and second string QBs get hurt.

But yeah.

Yeah, and he's now compiling talent that exceeds that in droves.

Come on, Lat.

This is too easy.

So just excuses.

Another fact is QBs coached by Sumlin who made it to the NFL were on the roster prior to his arrival.

the Longhorns also stockpile talent every year, that always translates to success.

yes

but it's what you do with that talent on the field that counts. and bert has proven to be able to win with less than stellar talent, at a higher level, than most SEC coaches did before they came into the league.

How quickly you forget aTm's record against Arkansas. Like nothing before the last two years ever existed...
