Yeah we know that. That's why we were arguing on their behalf that the Big 10 is and always has been a legit good conference.

Yes/No.

There were a few publications who would print out recruiting reports after NSD, it basically followed the same format as the local papers where the class was listed, measurables of the players, players other offers, etc.

It wasn't until 2002 when the start system came about. These sites are good for false hopes and later misplaced blame.
