A&M

Easy to out negotiate on contract terms and if you act like you "get" the school (talk traditions and how great the corps is) you can stick around for a long time with mediocre results. Great family wealth building oppty.

Depends on what you are looking for in the job. If winning tops the list, easily Bama is the job.

So if you take the Bama job you're automatically going to win?Did Shula,Fran or Dubose know about this?

Bama
AU
UT

Did any of those guys have losing records?
Hell, even Mike Price scored.

Considering you'd have to live where you coached I think all lists should have Alabama/Auburn at the bottom.

Also got to realize that you are almost undoubtedly being fired after a few seasons, so which athletic department is most likely to overpay on the buyout.

Based on these two factors Tennessee is number one and it isn't close

Winning and winning at Bama are 2 completely different things

I will say a coach at Bama will undoubtedly get the best administration and fan support of any SEC school.

If I remember correctly, Shula and Dubose were the only 2 HCs that got fired....Price fired himself.

LSU and Florida are easily the top jobs if you drop your allegiance.

Why is L5U so good at being irrelevant nationally if it's the best job in the SEC?

Seriously, if Bama fired Satan for his results tomorrow, no one in their right mind would take that job. Florida though

LSU and UGA, because they got no competition when recruiting in state. Bama, A&M, UF, and UT are in the next tier.

yea you can lie to yourself all you want but lsu is not irrelevant nationally. Would not have been number one last year. Wouldn't be possibly number one next year.

The difference between the two programs is yall have saban. Saban is a football god. If youre too blind to see that then you cant be helped
