Anyone here see him play?
I just looked at his stats for the first time
LINK
52% passer 31 TDs/40 interceptions
Safe to say he was the worst Manning QB out of the 3?

4th and 3rd in heisman voting and drafted 2 overall. Throwing for 150 yards a game back then was huge.

He was Johnny football without the coke problem.

The rest of the team was also just garbage.

He was amazing. You cannot really look at stats because all of the advantages at the time were with the defense. For example, defenders could chuck receivers anywhere, holding was a 15-yard spot foul, grabbing a jersey was holding, blocking on a screen before the completion was offensive pass interference, the QB couldn't throw the ball away, etc.
The rules really made you run first and pass only when you needed to pass.

Criticizing Archie Manning on the Rant.
That's a bold move, Cotton. Let's see how it works out for him.

who is archie manning? he sounds kinda like the tool that would walk into a bar with briefcase full of cash and pay recruits get to hang out with them and brag about it underneath a chandelier at a tailgate.

I saw him play and he is one of the greatest college football players I have ever seen.
