Ware's on Fbaum now.

I don't know why, but I was expecting it to get more interesting when Ware called in, but he was just really calm and denied any bias.

I don't disagree one bit. Just historical there haven't been many there. If you ask anyone on the rant what a bama qb looks like then its gonna be the same down the board.
Alabama is very poor competition against AU if both teams want a black dual threat qb. Imo.

I listened to Ware a lot during the Chizik era he's annoying as hell but I don't think he has any type of agenda or bias

What happened with the Montgomery papers? I know there was a lot of bitching by Bama fans and one of their beat writers on Twitter Saturday but I hadn't heard anything about a newspaper article

I thought Ware was wrong quite a few times. Especially one time when Coker threw a deep ball (can't remember who it was to). He said he should have thrown it short to Cooper while pointing out that there were two guys deep covering the other WR. However, the safety was rushing forward to cover Cooper which left the deep WR open. A little better throw (which could be put down as unfamiliarity with the WR) and it would be an easy TD.
