no doubt. wouldn't suprise me if louisville won the natty this year. petrino + jackson = scary shite.

i don't think they will win it, probably be bama or ohio state, maybe stanford. just wouldn't be a shocker if louisville won it all.

you are a special kind of stupid cause he was already in the SEC and didn't win shite.

I wouldn't want that POS anywhere near my favorite program.

He'll fit right in at Auburn though.

He just signed an extension thru 2020

in no way shape or form will Petrino be coaching at either Auburn or LSU

neither can afford the buyouts of all the coaching staff involved.

According to you, Alabama was 41 points better than Ohio State last year?

Tennessee was just as good as Clemson?

Auburn was better than MSU?

So we'd hire a coach that couldn't beat bama? Nice work

I guess that means Georgia State would give LSU a run for their money right now...

I don't know about that, but if the Bison of North Dakota State showed up, I would be concerned. They are better than a lot of Div 1 teams.

LSU had the buyout money for CLM last yr, as the boosters had already gathered it up. All private money, no State dollars. It was the university president who stopped it as he thought it would present a bad image for the State, a budget disaster & LSU paying out $15M. The boosters have it this yr as well. But as for Petrino, the admin. will never hire him as the fan base would grab the pitch forks & storm the castle. He is hated here.

uh LSU would also have to pay the buyouts at Louisville too in the scenario of Petrino to LSU.

Wow. That's a bold statement.

He's been almost perpetually trying to prove it true ever since ATPB. It could be a lot bolder.
