You seem like a very realistic hog fan, and I have no problem with anyone aspiring to be great....and i'm not referring to you in my posts. However, on this site, most arkansas fans don't share your view...they are already on the level of lsu according to them...which is absurd. Also, I know several hog fans in person...they are much like the ones on SEC Rant. They truly believe they are the equal of LSU and it's not an act. Good luck going forward. For you sake, hopefully they can get someone in there good that can turn things around in recruiting. Despite what many say, it does take consistent excellent recruiting to become a perenial national championship contender.
You are not humble. Every post of yours about Arkansas is about trying to put us in our place of what the pecking otder is. "You havent won anything" keeps spewing out of you. Well no shite Sherlock. We know what we have and havent won. Doesnt mean we are going to backdown from you or anyone else. You come on every hog thread beating your chest. Saying i just bring facts and then try to say what LSU is going to do without knowing whats going to happen. You're just some mouthy poster with an agenda who likes people paying attention to them. Thats why you constantly derail threads with your tiresome ilk.

This thread was suppose to be a preview of the Arky team so I can try to understand their fans perspective on where they realistically saw their strengths and weaknesses.

Arkansas will be a much better team this year in all areas except WR. That doesn't mean we won't have a very dangerous passing game because we will, but the production will just come differently and a very good running game will help.
The DBs are the wild card on defense but after watching them play in the spring and knowing how the new defensive coaches are infusing a different attitude and philosophy to the defense, I believe the defense will more than hold their own this year.
Will it be enough to beat Bama and LSU at home and Auburn and USC on the road? Only time will tell but any team taking the Hogs lightly because of the Petrino debacle will do so at their own peril.
