Anderson screwed us over.

How? By leaving the cupboard full for the next coach to come reap the rewards?

When Anderson left he had ZERO commits for the class that year. He knew he was leaving and didn't recruit for Mizzou. All the talent on that team was either graduating or were seniors the next year.

Aw hell, it might be worse next year with the players transferring out...and you know it's going to happen when a team is this dysfunctional.

We have 3 new recruits (two signed) for next year, but I suspect they are looking for ways off the laughingstock train.

We are setting records for the worst team in school history in 2015....and maybe even more records in 2016.

I'm not usually this negative...but gawt dang is this team bad.

I have been through some bad teams. I remember one year when I was at Mizzou we somehow qualified for the NCAA tournament by winning the Big 8 tournament and were destroyed by Temple. I also remember a few Norm years and Quin years where we got blown out routinely. This team however is unwatchable. I haven't had this big of a sports void in February in a long time. When does MLB start?

Why will next year be any different?

Not much, but then you don't recover from a season like this in one year. Especially when all we have on the horizon is a few three-star recruits.

Landing a couple of PF/C types will help....I know we have a couple of good ones that are possible for next season. Ted Kapita, Thomas Bryant...a couple of others.

I would suspect that somebody will transfer...like Isabell

Damn I didn't realize Mizzou was so bad.

How did they beat LSU?

Some will argue it is the talent not the coach

I drove over from KC to Columbia for the Arkansas game. I saw a team that played fairly sound basketball but was outmanned by talent and depth. Not a lot of stupid mistakes or ridiculous shots. They executed within their offense (which if I'm honest had a little too much standing around until late in the shot clock) and didn't panic against the press. They played hard and played within themselves. By all rights, that thing should have gone to OT or ended at the free throw line. But those kinds of trips to the ft line happen on young teams trying to find a way to win. I've actually been impressed with Kim Anderson. He's just got very little to work with.

...and to top it off it looks like we lost arguable our best player to injury for the rest of the year with Wes Clark and Kim Andersons plane had to make an emergency landing last night because an engine shut down... this season cant end soon enough.
