The other stuff I don't get what's funny about, but you go do your thing.
They left out several on the "Privileged Words" section, btw. And I know the rant will love this one: On door cards in the Corps it is a sophomore privilege to capitalize "Hole". (Freshmen door cards said "hole".) I often thought to myself, "Oh my God, I can't wait to make it through this hellish year so that I can capitalize 'Hole'".

I guess it just threw me off because it didn't really make a distinction between those who graduated with a degree and those who didn't. Some guy who dropped out would technically be a former student. Like what if bud light lime Michael never graduated? I'd definitely like him to be considered separate from the rest of us who actually got degrees.

Now THIS one, unlike SlipperySlopes nonsense, is actually embarassing. That happened several years after my time and I was flummoxed when I saw it. I just never envisioned this being possible. Thankfully the dumbass with the sword was kicked out of school over this. It's still embarassing as hell, though.

The semantics of that one always left me confused.
Not a big deal, but "Alumni" implies former whatever - former Tiger, for example. A better example than "Alumni" is "Texas Ex", which you see everywhere in Texas. There are no former Aggies. Yeah I know - it's a ridiculous distinction. Shut up

Maybe. Embarrassing Corps stuff is just meh for me. All the funny tv shots and stuff is just a part of college for me. I find it no different than douchey frat guys at Ole Miss tailgates. It's just a thing I can't really get worked up over. Yeah I'd prefer that shite doesn't happen, but I can't identify with it, so it doesn't resonate.
