Harvey Updyke update.... and tree update

It appears federal prosecutors are charging Updyke with 2 counts of Criminal Mischief, 2 counts of Desecration and 2 counts of destruction of federal property. WSFA 12 News will have more information as it becomes available later this evening.

I think AU needs to get tree statues installed. Can't poison them, easier to clean without damaging an actual tree with a pressure washer, and won't have to grow. Just replace the statue every 10 years and you will have the same effect of a tree growing.

No we had a Hurricane knock a few down, but we didn't have candle light vigils for them.

AU fans and how much they care about their damn trees remind me of that hippie we showered with urine and water last week.

how does caring for poisoned trees that have been on campus for centuries relate to burning an American flag?

I guess that Auburn grad in congress pulled some strings and got what he wanted. Along with his oak planted at the Capitol. Excellence use of taxpayer's money IMO.

Are those trees a center point of the university.. or part of one of the greatest college football traditions?
