LSU hit a miracle play on their second TD after Daniel Thomas dropped the easiest INT you will ever see.

A fade is now a miracle play?

They don't have any push from their offensive line and don't have many players that can win one on one matchups on the outside. Their offense is all scheme and execution. No real talent on that side of ball.

But it occurs to me that y'all really need this. It's been a hard season, and I don't blame you for looking for any sort of validation in the face of the O. So this discussion is not worth continuing.

The contemptuous troll's sign-off.

I agree there is no discussion here. I will think what I think no matter what team I am arguing for. Allowing 64 yards, 0 points, and zero plays on the opposite side of the 50 for an entire half is always going to be imposing your will on an offense. No matter the defense being discussed or their opponent.

And for anyone else on the conservative play calling discussion, what would have liked to see more of? Passing? Stidham was 2 for 12 for 6 yards in the second half. 3 pass plays fell apart resulting in him running. 2 sacks. 17 pass plays called, 2 pass completions, 6 total yards. 15 run plays in the second half. I'm not sure more pass plays would have been the difference in this one.
