That's been with an elite running game and defense... the OL has questions, and while the defense will be very good again, it needs to step up from how it ended 2013.

If bama's defense returns to 2011 form, and/or the OL returns to 2012 form, then you guys will be the favorites to win it all (assuming Coker stays healthy).

Auburn will go 8-4 this year with losses to LSU, South Carolina, Mississippi State, and Alabama.

Assuming Coker is good.

Bama hardly ever beats us in Tuscaloosa so not too concerned about that one.

Bama has crushed AU in Tuscaloosa two out of the last three games there. AU's only win was a 1 point squeeker in a NC year against a 3-loss Bama squad. I'd say Bama has played pretty well in Tuscaloosa against AU in recent history.

Bama has beaten AU twice in over a hundred years in turdland.

Bama is AUs bitch everywhere they play except the cesspool known as Bhams legion field.

Bama fuct.

If Coker isn't the GOAT QB, Bama fans claim him to be it will be worse.

True, Bama never wins with marginal pro talent at QB. Oh wait, JP Wilson, McElroy and AJ all led Alabama to SEC West titles or more? And none were drafted before the 5th round? Nevermind, stupid argument.

If Coker can hand the ball off and make some safe throws we will be in the thick of things like we are every year.

Because it was unlikely enough to happen 2 times last year. Miracles dont happen everyday.

All of them have more than 100 days to prepare?

Considering that the IB only moved to on campus every other year in Tuscaloosa in the early 90's and the fact that Dubose, Fran and Shula no longer roam our sidelines. Yeah, the last few years are a much better indicator of what to expect from Bama in the IB played in Tuscaloosa at this point. But whatever helps you sleep at night.

Agreed. Last time Gus walked into BDS, he won.

Coker has been on campus working with our players and coaches since early May. Four months is plenty of time to learn to hand the ball off and the basics of the passing game. He will obviously grow as the season goes along, but by the time the IB rolls around he will be working with most if not all of the playbook. So good luck with that.

The next time he walks into BDS as a head coach will be his first. And he will be leaving with nothing but an L.

Speaking of luck, last year's AU squad was possibly the most lucky team in sporting history.

In all seriousness, good picks by Gus. I think he's spot on with the 10-2 prediction and losses to Bama and one other SEC team. Cocks are as good a guess as any. I also think Bama will be 9-3 or 10-2 and the West will be decided in Tuscaloosa.

Those two blocked fgs against UT are a distant memory, huh?
