Who has a bigger deal? Is it Bama? Tennessee? LSU? I'm not sure but I figure someone will know ...

South Carolina’s Board of Trustees on Friday is poised to approve a 10-year, $71.5 million deal with Under Armour.

The contract represents the second-biggest deal in SEC and seventh nationally.

The previous agreement with Under Armour was set to run out on June 30, 2016.

The Gamecocks have been fully under Under Armour’s umbrella since 2011, after the football team first agreed to come over in 2007.

ETA: The answer is Auburn ... they have the most lucrative deal in the SEC at $78 million over ten years. See below.

Thanks SC. You just got UF, LSU, UG, Bama and probably Auburn all new and better contracts soon.

Is it Florida that has the bigger deal in the conference?

I dunno, that's why I am asking.

I'm pretty sure that you are incorrect. SCAR has a bigger Under Armor deal, alone, than Auburn.

No, it's going to be Bama with Nike I'm fairly sure but I dunno ... that's why I'm asking.

Unlike most schools, we don't take cash from Nike.

We take equipment and clothing from them and then get royalties (14% for everything but shoes).

I think it's always been like this with us and Nike so there must be some benefit to it or Foley wouldn't have re-inked a similar deal.

Yeah I'm pretty sure, could be wrong, that the "second in the SEC" is indicating the second biggest Under Armor contract not the second biggest merchandising contract. the old reporters spin on this.

Yeah, the UF deal is a bit different. I think the value of UF's actual contract is somewhere around $4 million annually + additional royalties.
