They could have plead it to a reasonable punishment. The only reason they didn't was because he was in Bama gear, and because of the outcome of last season.

1) I don't get worked up over sentences. If you do not want to face an "excessive sentence"....don't get arrested. I've found that an easy minimum goal to meet
