The idea that this case was only prosecuted because of a "coonass judge" and "21-0" is just laughable.
This WAS a plea bargain, and he won't serve any more than 9 months. AND he doesn't have to register as a sex offender, I don't think any of you retards realizes how huge that is.

I agree with you then, for a change.
The point of punishing someone is for them to not want to do it again. I've been on probation for a public intox, and just thought the community service shite was dumb. Never once was I like "oh man, i'll never be drunk in public again."
