They are at least more "relevant" because they have been cheating their asses off.

NEWSFLASH: People get angry when other programs are blatantly breaking the rules. It directly affects other teams.

Honest question, if you had to bet your livelihood on whether or not your school has invested just as much in the "recruiting" of players to your football program as Freeze has to Ole Miss, would you do it?

Rivlas are not used to Ole Miss continuing to cheat and still not win anything.

Brewer cheated.
Tubeville cheated.
Cutcliffe cheated. Freeze cheated.

I think they mean relevant as in 4@25 away from going to the SEC championship

Or a tipped pass away from being 8-4.

Pretty safe to say that MSU, Alabama, LSU fans/boosters didn't give players money to go to Ole Miss or pay for their momma's light bills to make OM relevant. So the mistakes can't be on us. So who could that possibly leave?

Sounds like a bitch who is mad they got called out.

The video is only 8 minutes long several people have it on Periscope ( clay Travis is here I watched it).

Anyone wanting to comment should watch the video first. He was asked specific questions. your quotes out of context don't paint the picture.

But most of you have made up your mind before anything is said.

So in other words, you would not. I have no problem with us being penalized for any cheating we did. If you do something illegal and get caught, you deserve to be punished. But this is about the same as someone with a radar detector to make sure they never get "caught" speeding, lecturing someone going 80 in a 70 for putting lives in danger. The hypocrisy of it all is what is annoying to me. We've been investigated and they found stuff and we'll be punished accordingly. But let's not act like any of the programs in the SEC are clean.

Perfect no, but relevant yes. In the last six months Ole Miss has won the Sugar Bowl and signed a top ten class. Freeze definitely has a good thing going up there. Any fan of a rival SECW school has to find that unsettling. LSU's trip to Oxford last year was not a pretty sight for the Tigers, who had a good team. Objectively speaking, Freeze is a formidable adversary. Will his plea of unawareness of the situation allow him to continue at Ole Miss? It has worked for other HCs of sanctioned schools in the past. We shall see.

We aren't. Your head coach is acting like Ole Miss is clean.

The classic "I'm sorry officer..I didn't know I couldn't do that" defense.

He just looks dumb. Own it.

In Ole Miss' case it's more like someone who frequently drives 55 in 45 telling someone going 80 in a 45 to slow the frick down.

The problem wasn't so much that Ole Miss is doing things different from other programs its just the fact that they were so fricking blatant and obvious in doing so. Let's revisit Laremy Tunsil real quick. Here you have a guy that was basically considered a lock to Georgia for over a year. Never visited Ole Miss but had been to UGA and had pictures in UGA gear among other things. Most in the industry had him marked as a lock to UGA. He visits Ole Miss one time near the end of his recruitment and switches his commitment. Anybody with a brain could see that he was convinced to switch by extra curricular efforts that was so blantant and obvious and it just so happens this is the guy that goes on National TV and basically admits as such and he didn't sugar coat it.

When you do things that are abnormal with no history of winning people look at you and start to wonder what the hell is going on. Then you have Tunsils younger brother who had all of 10 catches in high school gets a D1 scholarship to Ole Miss in the process just goes to show that Ole Miss was willing to do what it took to land a star LT.

Next time, don't be so obvious you beaver tooth frick. You deserve every bit of punishment the NCAA hands out.
