How are you guys feeling about the opener with Michigan? They lose everyone this year, so they'll be a very young team.

I fully expect UF to win that game.

Michigan is losing 17 starters, and McElwain will have had 6 months to fully prepare for this game.

No excuses for a shitty performance.

Depends on the whether the question relates to chewing trees to build a dam.

Gators are fixing to put the smackdown on some folks. The
meatchicken W in Dallas
UT W in the Swamp
UK believe it or not will a battle in Lexvegas L?
LSU W in the Swamp
Vandy W in the Swamp
A&M W in the Swamp
UGA Toss up in Jax but I believe they are still a year away
Mizzou W on road in Como
USC W in CoSC but tough one
girls school W in the Swamp

I am pitching 11-1 season.

The defense will still be good, we had a lot of frosh play in last half of the season and its fixing to pay off.

The OL will finally have a junior dominated squad and we gonna get road grading done...2 very good RBs, very good WRs and special teams will still be special both punter and FG kicker back.

Eason should improve and should be awesome, but I'll tell ya SC's TFr really impressed me as well. That dude is gonna be a good one.

If Smart is a better coach than McElwain by far, which UGA fans have been saying non stop on here,

Uh..we have? Don't let us saying mcelwain isn't a good coach (which I don't think he is) let you think that we're saying smart is light years better htan him. We dont' have a clue how good a coach smart is because he's only got 1 year of a resume and it was pretty lackluster.

No not every UGA fan has, but yes quite a few of your fellow fanbase have on here recently, especially since Chubb and Michel announced they were returning.

EDIT: FTR I am neither sold or off the McElwain bandwagon. I've always said the 3rd year for McElwain was key. I have huge expectations for UF next year.

Here's the thing about UF next year - the schedule is manageable because of all the home games. It's not easy, but manageable. The road games aren't all that scary either.

The offense will be the most experienced in the SEC east, a division that Mac has dominated (11-1).

The defense may take a step back, but the front 7 should still be pretty good, and the safeties are solid.

Best punter and kicker in the Sec east.

Manageable SEC west games at home.

Florida could still easily win the SEC east.

IF
IF
IF

They find a QB.

They'll be good enough to beat A&M in game 7.

They weren't exactly great this year or the year before but they had games where they played as tough as anyone and both times they found ways to win the games they needed to and generally played well in a lot of earlier season games. Their biggest issue has been falling apart later in the year but so far it hasn't hurt them very much. Besides, I'm convinced Mac has a mojo hand he uses.

This just so happens to be Mac's record against the East his first 2 years.

Looking forward to our game with UF next year. We return more contributors next year on offense than anyone else I think. SR starting QB, SR starting RB, 3 Sr starting Recievers, 1 Sr starting tight end. Only losing our center on that side of the ball. Could be a big year for us.

We return 17 starters on both sides of the ball. With my first post on this board I'm gonna go ahead and say frick Florida. You're getting Stoopsed next season.

You sure? I really don't know what you return, but we return almost our entire offense. I think we lose 2 offensive linemen, and that's pretty much it.

ETA
To clarify, I am not saying you won't be good. Too many people said that before this year, and you still found ways to win. I am just questioning that you will have the most experienced offense.
